Booking your travel through us is optional and not required to book a Kosher Sailing charter — we simply offer it as a convenience.

We can build real days on land before or after your charter, using local connections for guides, drivers and sites, then handle the flights, hotel nights and transfers around your sailing dates so it all works as one trip. It's entirely optional: plenty of guests book their own travel and just need transfer logistics, and that's fine too.

Do I have to book my flights and hotels through Kosher Sailing?
No — it's entirely optional. Plenty of guests prefer to book their own flights and just want help with transfers between the airport and the marina, and that's absolutely fine.
Can you arrange kosher meals on my flight?
We'll request a kosher meal on your behalf wherever the airline offers one. Availability and exact meal options depend on the carrier and route, so we confirm this as part of booking your flights.
Can you help us avoid Shabbat conflicts when we fly?
Yes — we plan flight timings and connections with Shabbat in mind wherever routing options allow it, alongside coordinating your arrival with when the boat is ready.
Can you book extra hotel nights before or after the charter?
Yes — and because we know the country, not just the charter, we can help you actually plan those days: which sites are worth it, a driver or guide if you want one, where to stay and eat. Whether it's one night to recover from a long flight before boarding, or several extra days exploring on land, we can arrange accommodation around your sailing dates.
Are you actually authorized to book travel?
Yes. Warren Marland, who runs Kosher Sailing, is a registered advisor with Fora Travel Inc, a travel agency network. It's Fora Travel Inc that holds IATA #33520476 — the industry authorization that lets Warren book air, hotel and transfer arrangements on your behalf through them.
Is this only for travel around a Kosher Sailing charter?
No — Warren is available as a travel concierge year-round, for trips anywhere in the world, whether or not they're connected to a Kosher Sailing charter. Hotels, cruises, villa rentals, transfers, car hire and fully customized itineraries are all in scope.
