We don’t sail on Shabbat — the boat moors in a marina or town quay beforehand, with a shabbat-friendly hot plate and urn on a timer switch. A kosher cruise observes Shabbat at a much larger scale, often with a dedicated program and minyan; on a private catamaran, it’s quieter and just your own group and crew.
