Current Kosher Sailing Job Vacancies

You will be responsible for following up incoming leads by phone, WhatsApp and email with the aim of generating a list of qualified potential sailors and booking online meetings for Q&A sessions with Warren for him to explain in more detail.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have worked with a CRM such as Hubspot, ActiveCampaign or others and be familiar with lead scoring.
  • You will be able to project genuine and unbridled enthusiasm for our sailing trips to potential sailors with the aim of having them join us on one of our trips.
  • We don’t offer cruises.. we offer sailing experiences and you will need to fully understand this and be able to explain our offering.
  • Experience in tourism and telephone sales are advantageous.
  • You are in the USA and able to work flexible hours.

This is a year round but not a full time job (yet) and you will be paid as a freelancer. As Kosher Sailing grows, this can develop into full time work.

Our chef is one of the reasons that Kosher Sailing is so successful. We are looking for dynamic chefs who can work alone in the most demanding of conditions with limited gas, electricity and water and a kitchen that is constantly in motion! You will be making 3 meals a day and breads/cakes/cookies as required and your galley is at the centre of the boat so you will always be the centre of attention! Usually, you will be cooking for 8 guests and 3 crew and most of the cuisine is fish/milky/vegetarian.

What we are looking for:

  • An excellent chef with a background in cooking for small private functions or in small restaurants.
  • Knowledge and experience in cooking kosher.
  • Experience and knowledge of preparing fresh pasta, fresh fish, creative salads and milky deserts.
  • Ability to gut and fillet a fish (we do try to buy it in prepared but may catch our dinner sometimes!)
  • Super organized, tidy and efficient
  • Ability to work under pressure

This is a seasonal job paid by the week + travel expenses to/from the marina.

As a host(ess)/deckhand you are responsible for:

  • Helping the chef with prep, serving and washing up
  • Helping the skipper with securing lines, anchoring, mooring and keeping the boat ship-shape
  • Helping the guests by making sure their cabins and the boat is clean, pro-actively making suggestions or offering refreshments/cocktails and answering any requests they may have.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties for on-shore activities
  • Managing the provisions and the shopping with the chef.

This is a seasonal job paid by the week + travel expenses to/from the marina.
